Zen Purchases and KYC requirements
We are introducing an update to RBXGold that affects how you can redeem tokens and use other features after making purchases with Zen. Please read the details below to understand these changes and how they impact your account.
Why is this Update Necessary?
To ensure the security of transactions and accounts, we now require users to verify their identity when they use Zen to purchase tokens.
When is Verification/KYC Required?
Redeeming Prizes: You must verify your identity before redeeming tokens for prizes if any Zen purchase has been made on your account.
Subsequent Redemptions: Verification/KYC is also required for future redemptions as long as a Zen payment exists on your account.
Multiple Payment Methods: Any user with a Zen token purchase on their account will be required to verify/KYC regardless of the current source of their tokens, whether it be winnings, crypto deposits, or any other payment method.
Tipping and Trading: Tipping other users, tipping rain, and trading in the marketplace will also be unavailable if a Zen purchase has been made until Verification/KYC is completed.

Click Verify to the right of "Verify your identity."4. Follow the onscreen steps to complete and submit your verification.
